Answers to Collocations Part-1 :-))

Collocations using, take, have and break

*  Take  a break
*  Break a leg    This is usually used when someone's giving a public dance performance for the first time. Doesn't mean a fracture your leg. Its usually said like this, "Go! break a leg!" Meaning: Do your best friend.
*  Have a headache
*  Break a window
*  Have a haircut
*  Take  / Have an exam
*  Take a seat
*  Have breakfast
*  Break the law
*  Take / Have a holiday
*  Take a taxi
*   Break a world record
*   Break someone's head
*   Take a bath
*   Take someone's temperature
*   Have / Break a relationship ( I think ? break is also 
     applicable here, correct me please, if I'm wrong.)
*   Take / Have a look
*   Break a promise
*   Take/ Have a chance
*   Have a drink
*   Break the rules
*   Take notes
*   Take time
*   Break a habit
*   Break the ice
*   Have a rest
*   Take rest
*   Take someone's place
*    Break the news to someone
*    Have a problem

As far as I knew these are the answers, any corrections would be appreciated. I believe that what I know is a drop and the unknown is like an ocean spread before me.
